At UB Healthy, my journey began with a personal experience. While caring for elderly parents with chronic diseases and mobility challenges, I, as a nurse, realized the significant difficulties families face. My passion lies in helping individuals navigate the later stages of life with grace and independence. My nursing and personal training background, combined with managing my own autoimmune diseases, allows me to understand and address the medical and physical needs of my clients comprehensively.
